Keiko was born on Praetoria, a parallel Earth ruled by the Tyrant Marcus Cole. Despite having no powers beyond her fox-like features, Keiko was pressured to join Powers Division, a specialized police force that deals with powered criminals and supervillains, including members of the Resistance.
Disillusioned with the oppressive regime and yearning for freedom, Keiko rebelled against Powers Division and joined the Resistance, a group striving to awaken the populace to the reality of what’s really going on in Peaetoria. She quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a skilled warrior and a symbol of hope for her people.
Despite her efforts, the fight against Marcus Cole’s regime on Praetoria seemed hopeless. Determined to find allies and support, Keiko ventured to Primal Earth, seeking the help of the heroes of Paragon City. She believes that by uniting the forces of both worlds, they can overthrow Cole’s tyranny and create a brighter future for everyone.
